About

Hi, I'm Zoe.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience as a therapist. As a mother of two, I know firsthand how parenthood can stretch you thin, surface old wounds, and ask more of you than you ever expected. I'm passionate about helping parents move through the daily weight of raising children and the generational patterns that often rise to meet them, so they can show up for their families and themselves with more steadiness, presence, and self-trust.

In my work, I see this every day. You may look like you're holding everything together on the outside while internally feeling anxious, disconnected, exhausted, or unsure of yourself. Maybe becoming a parent has brought unresolved wounds from your own childhood to the surface, or you find yourself feeling confused about your identity, goals, relationships, or the direction your life is taking.

That's the work we do together. My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented while also giving you practical tools for change. I draw on a holistic blend of EMDR therapy, CBT, psychoanalytic therapy, and solution-focused therapy to help you process unresolved trauma, better understand yourself, and create meaningful shifts in your daily life and relationships.
